Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

THE CLARK FAMILY CAMPGROUND RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Guarantee Deposit
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night is required to guarantee a reservation.
Deposit charged at time of reservation.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund
If you are unable to honor your reservation, call Toll Free 1-866-953-3358
and cancel prior to these deadlines:

RV/Tent: 48 Hours - Notify Campground by 8 p.m. two days prior to arrival date.
Cabin: 7 Days - Notify Campground one week prior to arrival date.

Reservations Made Within 48 Hours Of Arrival Require A Non-Refundable Deposit.

Cancellation Charges
A $10 ($20 Canadian) cancellation fee charged for all cancellations made prior to deadline.
(This Fee Applies For Any Reservation Cancellation)
Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposit.

Holiday Weekends, Special Events Require A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

Special Event Dates May Include
All Major Holidays
January 15th Through March 18th
June 20th Through July 10th
October 10th Through 31st
